Empire Notary Service is proud to offer mobile fingerprinting services to both the public and businesses. At present, we provide ink fingerprinting exclusively within the state of New York. Our commitment to convenience and security ensures that our mobile service brings fingerprinting to your doorstep, saving you time and effort.
 

We currently only fingerprint with INK ONLY,  our dedicated team provides convenient, secure, and efficient ink fingerprinting using FBI-approved FD-258 fingerprinting cards. As we continue to expand our fingerprinting division, we plan to introduce state-of-the-art fingerprint scanning machines, enhancing our service offerings even further. We offer our services across the entire state of New York, bringing our expertise directly to your doorstep. Our fingerprinting professionals are courteous and efficient, handling each fingerprint card with the utmost care to ensure accurate and high-quality results. What To Know

All clients being fingerprinted MUST present a valid, current photo ID. Acceptable forms of identification include a state-issued ID, driver's license, passport, or military ID.

It is the client's responsibility to verify and ensure that the
fingerprinting requirements of the receiving location are met. Some agencies have specific instructions, please hand them to your Fingerprinting Professional.

Once the fingerprints are processed, you will receive the completed fingerprint cards to take with you, concluding the service. If you want us to ship the cards and additional $25 fee is added along with the cost of shipping.​

Our Fingerprinting Polices

Payment Policy

Full payment is required on our website before your scheduled fingerprinting appointment. We accept debit/credit cards and PayPal. Please note that our technicians do not handle any form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment within one hour of the scheduled time, travel fees will be charged of $100. The remaining balance will be refunded within two business days.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment, your payment and appointment will be forfeited. To reschedule, a non-refundable deposit will be required in addition to the full cost of the fingerprinting service.

Rejected Fingerprints Policy

Though rare, fingerprints may occasionally be rejected or deemed unusable. If this occurs, we will redo the fingerprints free of charge within 30 days from the original appointment, provided you present documentation and the receipt of the rejection notice.
