General Notary Services
Serving the Public Near and Far
Empire Notary Service offers a fast and easy way to book a signing professional for your basic notary needs. We want to ensure you have an excellent experience. Please read the following information to help your Notary appointment go as smoothly as possible: - You will need to present a valid, non-expired U.S. Driver's License, Passport, or State-Issued ID for yourself or the person signing the documents. If you do not have one of these forms of identification, please email us with your state location, and we will inform you of other acceptable options (as some states have different requirements). - Have the documents you wish to be notarized ready. If you need the Notary to print your documents, please email them to us before your appointment. - Ensure that you or the person signing understands the document and is willing and able to sign it when the Notary arrives. - Note that Notaries for general notary work do NOT review your documents with you. Their sole purpose is to verify your identity through proper identification (as directed by state regulations) and to ensure you are willing to sign the document in front of you. - Please understand that Notaries are not attorneys or financial advisors and therefore cannot provide legal or financial advice.
